While we know that spending time in the mountains builds strength and endurance, we also know it demands it too. Strong ankles, resilient knees, and mobile hips are all necessities when it comes to thriving on the trails.

I don’t want anything, whether it be pain or joint problems, to rob you of the joy of adventuring in the mountains.
